Lindsay Rawson

Biographical Information

Lindsay Rawson is an associate in the Firm’s Business section focusing on real estate development and finance.

Lindsay was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Alabama, she earned her degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. During her undergraduate years, she was an active member of Alpha Omicron Pi and was inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society. In May 2024, Lindsay graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor for Vol. 48 of The Journal of the Legal Profession, was on the Health Law Transactional Moot Court Team, and was a member of the Dorbin Association and the Public Interest Student Board.
