Biographical Information

Nicole Bracey is an associate attorney practicing primarily in the areas of estates, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, probate administration, and related probate litigation. Nicole earned her undergraduate degrees in Finance and Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama and completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Mississippi School of Law, graduating cum laude.

Nicole is part of the Probate Litigation and Estate Planning & Wealth Preservation practice groups, providing comprehensive legal counsel to clients navigating complex matters in estate planning, trust administration, and probate disputes.

Nicole is active in the Birmingham Bar Association, having previously served as treasurer and social chair of the Probate Section and is a member of the Young Lawyers and Women Lawyers Sections.

Outside of her legal practice, Nicole resides in Birmingham with her fiancé, Robert, and their dog, Bella. Nicole is an avid runner and enjoys staying active and spending time with her family and friends.
