She has significant experience in the law applicable to Florida public higher education institutions, charter and private school operation and expansion, federal and state grant programs, local government operations, non-profit, public-private partnership, and federal and state procurement. Whitney lives in Walton County and enjoys investing in her community in north Walton alongside her family.
