Congratulations to Member Henry Morrissette

Congratulations to Member Henry Morrissette. He has been appointed to a two year term as Chair of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) In-House and Law Firm Management Committee.

The IADC has been serving a distinguished membership of corporate and insurance defense attorneys and insurance executives since 1920. Its activities benefit the approximately 2,500 invitation-only, peer reviewed members and their clients, as well as the civil justice system and the legal profession. Moreover, the IADC takes a leadership role in many areas of legal reform and professional development.

In his practice, Morrissette has more than 28 years of experience successfully representing corporate and individual clients in business and insurance disputes and defending businesses and insurance companies in life, health, and disability insurance; ERISA; employee benefits; fraud and bad faith; product liability; and class action cases. He serves as Chair of the firm’s Personal Injury, Insurance and Employment Practice Group. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and was named Best Lawyers 2013 Lawyer of the Year for Insurance Law for Mobile, Alabama. Henry has also been selected for inclusion in Mid-South Super Lawyers.
