Dion J. Moniz selected to serve on the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation Board of Directors
Harrison Sale McCloy Attorneys at Law is pleased to announce that senior partner, Dion Moniz, has been selected to serve as a member of the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation Board of Directors.
“Our firm has participated in a variety of events hosted by Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation (MAKF) and found the productions to be educational, captivating and a great way to connect with like-minded community members. The outreach statement of MKAF is ‘empowering all through arts and culture’ and I am honored to take an active role by serving on their board,” says Moniz.
The foundation impacts artists and those who don’t even know they are artists by taking an active role by facilitating meaningful and engaging cultural experiences for those who are in our schools (K-12) and other community organizations in Okaloosa and Walton counties. Outreach initiatives include a variety of performing and visual arts programs, including: live theatre productions and workshops, music assemblies, visual and performing arts summer camps and a Warrior Arts program serving the wounded warrior population.
