Franklin Harrison presented the Award of Excellence by the Florida School Board Attorney’s Association

Franklin R. Harrison, Founding Partner Harrison Sale McCloy Attorneys at Law, was presented with the C. Graham Carothers Award of Excellence by Jeff McInnis on behalf of the Florida School Board Attorney’s Association (FBSAA) at a recent Bay District School Board Meeting.

The FBSAA presents the prestigious award annually to honor a Florida School Board Attorney who has demonstrated the highest standard in the profession. The award is inscribed, “Franklin R. Harrison, Esquire, As Recognized for his Contributions to the Advancement of School Law and Legal Professionalism.”

“I am honored to accept this award. Whether working with a child in the classroom, school board members, teachers, or parents, we should keep in mind our objective, better education always for the children of Bay County,” stated Harrison.

Harrison is the seventh recipient of the award and the only recipient of the award in the Northwest Florida Region. The first award was presented in 2006 when C. Graham Carothers received the award.

The Florida School Board Attorneys Association C. Graham Carothers Award of Excellences is given annually to honor a Florida school board attorney who has demonstrated excellence in the profession as exemplified by C. Graham Carothers, Esquire.
