Hand Arendall Harrison Sale Welcomes the Hamer Law Group

Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC is happy to announce the Hamer Law Group is transitioning its practice to combine with the firm and Christopher S. Hamer and W. Alan Duke, Jr. have joined the firm’s Birmingham office.

Hamer, a Birmingham native, joins the firm as a Member. He regularly advises and represents clients in probate and estate matters, civil litigation, business transactions and litigation, probate support for personal injury litigation, estate administration, estate and trust litigation, guardianships, conservatorships and taxation.

Duke joins the firm as Of Counsel in the Estate Planning & Wealth Preservation and Probate Litigation groups. He is an experienced litigation and appellate attorney who brings a unique background in engineering to the cases he handles.
