Hand Arendall is Pleased to Announce that Kelly Thrasher Fox has been Named a Member of the Firm

Hand Arendall LLC is pleased to announce that Kelly Thrasher Fox has been named a member of the firm. Kelly practices in the firm’s Birmingham office.

Kelly practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business and estate planning, real estate, finance, and general corporate, tax and contract law.

Kelly graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Auburn University in 1998. Kelly obtained her J.D., magna cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law in 2001 where she was Copy Editor of the Cumberland Law Review. She received her Masters of Laws in Taxation Degree from the University of Florida School of Law in 2002 and served as a Student Editor for the Florida Tax Review.

Kelly is a member of the Birmingham Tax Forum and Alabama Women in Business. She is also currently serving as Secretary of Alabama Women in Business and was a past Treasurer.
