Waggoner Presents on Lane v. Franks

On October 10, 2014, Mark Waggoner spoke to the Alabama State Bar Labor & Employment Section about his experience arguing Lane v. Franks before the United States Supreme Court last April. The Section’s annual meeting and seminar was held in Orange Beach, Al. Waggoner’s presentation focused on handling an appeal and arguing a case at the U.S. Supreme Court.
