Welcome Katherine Manning
Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC is pleased to announce Katherine Manning has joined the firm’s Birmingham office.
Manning is an associate in the Firm’s litigation section. She focuses her practice primarily on insurance claims and coverage litigation, as well as commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Manning’s practice primarily focused on commercial and consumer finance litigation. she has represented companies in breach of contract disputes, as well as banks and lenders facing consumer finance claims in litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Manning also has experience with class action litigation and has assisted clients with responding to extensive discovery and e-discovery requests and successfully defending against putative class action claims.
Manning earned her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 2015. While at Vanderbilt, she was the traveling team captain for Vanderbilt’s Mock Trial Team and an Associate Justice on the Moot Court Board. Manning also served as an Executive Authorities Editor on the VANDERBILT JOURNAL OF TRANSNATIONAL LAW. Manning earned her bachelor’s degree at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, where she majored in International Studies and Spanish.
